We are looking for a full time recruiter who will join our team and will want to grow together with our business.
We work 100% remote, flexible hours. Scandinavian business culture with a proper work/life balance. Consequently, you will have all the benefits of freelance work, plus the stability of regular employment.
You will have a lot of freedom to express your ideas and to find solutions to our tricky searches.

Fluent English is a must!
Knowledge of a Scandinavian language would be a big plus.
We expect you to have at least a year of experience in IT recruitment in Europe (the EU!).
You need to have good knowledge of various search instruments. You will succeed in this role if you are good in building trust and long lasting relationships with candidates.
The position is not going to be limited to only research and recruitment. As cooperation goes, we imagine you becoming an HR specialist for our remote teams.
Trips to Sweden or even relocation might become an option, if you find it motivating.
